Returns I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must not be damaged by the customer. To initiate a return, please contact me at the7thpentacle@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the status. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and may be provided as a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Handmade Quality Guarantee Because my jewelry is handmade with care, I stand behind my craftsmanship. If an item breaks or shows signs of premature wear under normal use, please reach out within 90 days of purchase and I will 

work with you to provide a replacement. I take pride in creating pieces that last, and your satisfaction matters to me.
