Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. As a handmade jewelry brand, some items may require additional preparation time. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Domestic Shipping (US) I ship throughout the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Carriers I ship via USPS, with expedited options available at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at the7thpentacle@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
